My observations:
Alexandra Stepanova/Ivan Bukin, Anna Shcherbakova, Alena Kostornaia, Ksenia Sinitsyna are missing.
Yulia Artemieva/Alexei Bryukhanov are missing too, they must be in juniors. (upd. They are invited to 3rd and 5th stages)

Diana Davis/Gleb Smolkin are invited to later stages.

Annabel Morozov/Devid Naryzhny and Alexandra Boikova/Dmitri Kozlovski are scheduled to earlier stages despite missing Test Skates due to injures.

Daria Usacheva, Maiia Khromykh, Ilya Yablokov are scheduled to later stages. They missed Test Skates due to injures.

Someone on FSO says that Artemieva/Bryukhanov and one more pair will compete in both juniors and seniors. Previously at CoR it was allowed for pairs to compete in both categories, so it may be true.

I don't see older juniors like Yametova and Dikidzhi. I wonder if they will compete in seniors.

Edit: I also don't see Ekaterina Mironova/Evgeni Ustenko. Probably they are just not seeded.

Although I think the document is already outdated. For example, there is incorrect information about the amount of pairs in the stages. So I think there will be some more clarification on the final, so far it seems weird.
