Not completely terrible, but he peaked too early this season. Honestly, he seems to have the worst skates when skating at home in Japan

However, going after Misha, his skating skills are even more highlighted, he's so fast and fluid. I feel like he has improved in presentation quite a bit, I felt like this was perhaps one of the better skates in terms of emotional connection I've seen from him.

I thought it was? It's admittedly been a while since I heard him say anything. Plus he looks super young so I was probably thinking teenage face, teenage voice, but it was not.
