2023-24 Programs by Discipline

Why would the Russian figure skaters' new programs be discussed separately? They were listed with the general programs list last year:

If you have new competitive programs for skaters to be listed, please list them here.
Okay, I get you.I will tell you, for example, about the program Pyotr Gumennik on the theme music from the movie "Dorian Gray".

We definitely welcome any info about Russian skaters' new programs!

:cheer:

Do you know whether that is Pyotr's SP or FS? And do you know the choreographer?
Thank you very much, dear Doris😍🌷😇.I know what Humennik told the newspaper about the production of a new free program. This is the first collaboration between Gumennik and Gleichengauz, who supplied him with a new prog for the season.I know and regret that it was Gleichengauz, because lately all his choreography is similar to one another. And I don't think it will be a winning program for Gumennik.🤷‍♀️

but Danill G. does his best with men, so i'm confident he's going to do something good for Petya

Anastasia Mukhortova / Dmitri Evgeniev (pairs, RUS)
FS: Elvis Presley medley: "Trouble", "Can't Help Falling in Love" and "It's Now or Never"; choreo by Sergei Plishkin

Artem Kovalev RUS
SP: The Greatest Showman (soundtrack); choreo. by Martine Dagenais
FS: "Remember" and "Hector's Death" from Troy; choreo. by Martine Dagenais

Florent Amodio has choreographed the following:

Arlet Levandi EST

SP: "Mauvaise journée" by Stromae

Yae-Mia Neira CHL
FS: "Démons" by Angèle ft. Damso

I like those choices for being modern and especially like Stromae because... I like Stromae.
But talking about appropriate texts, "y a mon caca qu'a mal finit", "encore une bonne journée de merde", lol.

Fixed it
Btw, it helps if when you tell me about the programs of any skater who has not yet competed internationally if you tell me their sex. If they are couples please to say RD and FD for dance and SP and FS for pairs. Otherwise I have no easy way to know what is right.

A lot people didn't seem to like Nathan's initial Olympic season fp. I enjoyed the mix of classical and rap. Nathan has a great deal of range artistically, in addition to varying tastes in music, which is a good thing. His original Nemesis short program introduced a lot of fans to Benjamin Clementine's oeuvre. It was certainly my introduction to Clementine, for which I thank Nathan. There was no program Nathan did that I could ever view as 'awful.' 😳

Nathan or whoever advised him re the second half of the Olympic season, was certainly right about going back to the livelier, more crowd-pleasing programs he never got to perform at Worlds 2020, due to COVID cancellation.
I enjoyed Nathan's program as a stand alone. The choice seemed ominous for an Olympic season and did scare me a bit. In retrospect it was a very interesting program that may have addressed some of his inner demons regarding his previous Olympic experience in the SP.

Sorry, but never he have been "best with men"🙈🤷‍♀️🙌😅!Daniill G. is very bad dancer and choreographer(.
i'm not a fan of many of his work but he looks to me more inspired when he does choreo for men, maybe because he's more free

I thought that the Elvis fever was behind us.

Enough of never enough. I hope that Artem will choose other songs.

I do not think so.Everything he wears at Maurice Kvitelashvili's or Samsonov's program looks disgusting.Gleich is plagiarism, he is not able to do anything new and interesting. His shame is the program of Nick Egadze, nothing worse can be thought of.
