glad someone else is aware of this masterpiece
That is so cool. But, it helps when Vivaldi's raw material is so good.
Unfortunately, "Winter" is the only season that is on the 7DD9 YouTube channel. However, I found another channel that has synthesiser versions of all of the "Four Seasons":
"Spring":

"Summer":

I admit, the "Winter" isn't as good as the version you linked to. But, at least this user has done the whole year.
The videos I linked to are only recently recorded (I don't know about the one you linked to). But, it started me thinking "does it have to be music released in the 80's, or can it be music done in the style of the 80's?" So, I checked the ISU Announcement, and this is what it said:
"The theme selected for the Rhythm Dances for both Junior and Senior for the season 2023/24 is “Music and Feeling of the Eighties”. Any music is possible provided it was originally released in the decade of the 1980s. The couple should demonstrate through dance the culture and feeling/essence of this decade. The selected music may be remastered. The Rhythm Dance should NOT be skated in the style of a Free Dance. The couple must use dance movements and dance holds to interpret the chosen music from this decade."

So, recently recorded synthesiser versions of warhorses release before the 80's or since would not be allowed.
The "originally released" part does raise alarm bells. To me, that sounds like they are not allowing 80's covers of earlier songs. So, for example, Tiffany's cover of "I Think We're Alone Now" that
@labgoat suggested yesterday, would not get through.
But, the mention of remastered versions may mean that my suggestion of the 2005 accoustic version of "Hier Kommt Alex" by Die Toten Hosen may be allowed after all.
Oh, I wish the ISU could make things clearer when they write the rules!
EDIT: Sorry, I thought this was the "
Let's Dance 80's" thread. I'll copy this conversation over there so as not to de-rail this thread.
