2023-24 Russian Grand Prix - Stage 3 - Krasnoyarsk

That really hurts to see her drop under 30. Its clear shes not fully recovered, not just physically but mentally. I think if she can tough it out for a bit she can get a good form - it all depends on her.

Even in best shape Maiia had problems with doing the combo in the second half. Does she really need it?
I understand the combo as last jump element in juniors since they only have one attempt anyway, because of solo jump rule. But in seniors, better to put it in front. Especially if the skater isn't in the shape of her life.

So what are your guys' opinions, can Khromykh gain a good form? The comments I'm seeing make me realize a lot of fundamental problems she has that may be much harder to fix than I originally thought.

I would love to see a girl recover from an injury like that, but I wonder if she has the mental left to keep going given everything shes already went through.

Khromykh seems utterly defeated in her interview, I really hope she can have a good skate tomorrow and gain some spirit.
