The edge calls are so random.

For example, Ugozhaev got an edge call on the 3Lz but no on the 4Lz. Fedorov got an edge call on just one of three Lutzes. Vetlugin has diffrent calls on his flips. Shelkovnikov has different calls on his Lutzes. What's that? How's that?
