I am not feeling this music selection, and I do not believe Conrad is either.

Absolutely. I think it is almost always a mistake to skate to any Rock style music unless you are purposely trying to present a Rock theme.

I know that some people say it's good to skate to what you're comfortable with, but I've always hated it and found it ineffective. Those types of songs are a diamond dozen and all sound the same. He needs something to set himself apart.

Even something someone predictable like one of those inspiring movie soundtracks or something. Or something outside of the box like Stojko's Koto drum routine.

Anyway. He seemed more nervous in this program then I've ever seen him, and that is not doing him any favors when it comes to trying to qualify for worlds.

I don't have many hopes about Roman for now. We will have to see if he goes to Warsaw cup first.

I think Conrad will do better at Nationals. I think Wesley will go to junior worlds this year.

His costume was properly fitted, though, and a nice color. Can we give him that, at least?

Conrad is tall and elegant and commanding, and his jumps when he lands them are impressive but I just was not feeling that *he* felt the program. I actually felt he was more involved with Carmina Burana.
