I am not sure their triple toes were clean... looks short. one throw was not clean.. the twist a bit crashy... some lost levels too.

Hase/Volodin will be needing a medal in NHK in order qualify, which is likely. C/M are in. P/S will need to see what happens at NHK, but have a solid chance at entry as well.

I am not a fan, I am a ... stan of Cheng Peng. The Chinese had a good FS - this should be more than enough for Gold here. I am surprised at only lvl 2 for twist. What feature did they miss?!

Lol. I was so wrong. I thought they'd be at least 2nd overall. They dropped into 4th meanwhile. Germans win, I am surprised. I guess missed levels on multiple elements which are less striking errors + that double salchow REP hurt the score. And the judges were much less generous with components than personally I would be for the Chinese. I guess I am not as good at predicting results based on what I just saw. But to be frank I was not looking closely at their TES prediction during their performance as I was too drawn to them.
