Too bad they don't have a pewter medal like at US Nationals.Congrats to all three medalists! I feel bad one team misses out!
Yes, pairs are allowed to repeat jumps in combinations.are they allowed to do
2s as solo jump and then a +EU+2s combo ????

Yes, it applies to seniors as well. You might see skaters do 2As as the solo jump in the free skate, and then repeat the 2A in a jump sequence. Not as common because skaters usually do two different triple jumps to demonstrate that they can, and because the jump set ups are different to create a better look in the program.WOW! i guess because we very rarely see that in seniors ( i don't think I have ever noticed any) , i always thought they had to do two different jumps...Yes, it applies to seniors as well. Not many teams could pull it off. Mishina/Gallimov are the closest that I can think of because they were doing 3S+1Eu+3S, 3T, but in theory they could have done 3S, and then 3T+1Eu+3S.i guess because we very rarely see that in seniors ( i don't think I have ever noticed any) , i always thought they had to do two different jumps...
the things we learn every day in this sport... crazy considering I am supposed to know the rules LOL after all these years lol...
