The fall on the throw was scary but that program is pretty damn amazing regardless. The transitions, the way they hit musical highlights, etc. is awesome. Lori did great work there.

What an unusual throw jump fall, probably a side-effect of the smaller rink (and I think the next two years also have narrow rinks), but at least he rushed to try and help her up - The bar is truly in hell, after some of the behaviour I've seen by some pairs partners this season

Peng/Wang have a lot of class but sadly a lot of errors crept in just like I unfortunately thought would be the case. That mistake on their first throw jump was a shocker as I associate Chinese teams with secure and truly breathtaking throws. They were already far for their ability after the SP and might drop lower after the FS.

A scary fall, but they pulled it together in the second half. I also like that they don’t start off with the twist, but with the side by sides.

Many of the Chinese teams do. Especially if it's their most iffy element.

L/E. I like their costumes. Love the music and program. Good skate. The audience is wonderful.

Laurin sadly fell twice on SBS passes but the score should still be decent given a lot of quality otherwise and levels hit.

I like her a lot. She has fire within her. I think Canada has a lot of raw talent right now that they can hopefully polish in the coming years.

Great effort from the young Canadians ! They persevered through the program despite the errors, and they may get a decent score because of the strong jump base value
