2024-25 Canadian Figure Skating

Just happened to come across Lia & Trennt doing their Short ( not showing in Starting Order, so I was caught by surprise ). 66.73. A different look for them to Sing, Sing, Sing. They looked to have an overall improvement since last year. Skate Ontario in Waterloo.

Skate Canada not playing the game properly again.... Why put your two top teams at the same JGP?

I bought tickets for Nationals... .... pre-sale is now... I bought the whole weekend of seniors... not too expensive... i am pretty much first row for 265 dollars.

BTW... juniors are general admission and since I will be taking the Friday off anyway to attend the senior, I got the juniors for Friday...a whopping 15 bucks... so worth it... and that way I can see pairs and women free... SO AMAZING

Apparently Nadiia and Peter are also on the HPC list. Normally it's for skaters with a GP assignment, and neither of those teams have one at the moment.

Also why they aren't more focused on getting Kaiya her tech mins...so confused.

Skaters with a GP assignment have priority for the early Challengers. Kaiya will get a Challenger before SCI.

They have Denis Ten on the page for the next Challenger, so Kaiya will be sent there along with other women in need of SBs and minimums

(I'll be more surprised if they actually send skaters there, I'm expecting Budapest will be the next one. But I can hope )
