Gringoire and Jehan Frollo are my favourite characters of the novel.

Novel aside and just looking at the musical numbers, I do seriously maintain that Gringoire has the best ones. Les Temps Des Cathedrales aside, we have La fete des fous, Fatalite, and my top two favorites Florence and Lune! It's basically Gringoire>>>Frollo>Quasimodo>Phoebus based purely on the songs
