2024 JGP Czech Skate Women's FS

There's a skater in my novel-in-progress (about skating ofc lolol) who's kind of stuck in eternal junior-land but is markedly more refined and mature in his movements than his competitors to the point that it sticks out like a sore thumb. She's not senior eligible, but that general idea of "oh whoa this is a junior?" is the vibe I'm getting from Josephine in this free skate.

Get it, little queen 👑 All greens!

This dress is so elegant and unique! I love the program, she was performing the whole time. The choreo sequence was so well performed with such nuance! She avoids a 3+3 in the free, which is smart, but her lower BV and a few unders, along with missing the second 2A, are really going to hurt her TES score. However, her PCS should really help.

Oh nonono... I have the most fabulous piece of comic music that includes this bit of the Rach, which means I always burst out laughing when it goes the proper way. And now I'm getting funny looks.

Was she doing a swan movement with her arms just before? Graceful but the dress is not swanlike.
The swan arms made me think huh?

Way to go Josephine!!
Minor pet peeve: imv the tan line revealed on the open back dress is a minor distraction ..
And a detail easily rectified before a major event…

I have 4 of the remaining girls in my top 5, but whether I have them in the correct order in usually the problem. I bet on Sarina as #5 instead of Josephine, Alica L or Polina D.

Late comment on Josephine Lee: Bad Rach cut, nice elegant dress that matches her style of skating, iffy jumps but held on, good performer but why was the choreo so swan-like... (swan arms in Rach? Really? And the ending pose was somewhat swan-y as well?)

I'm glad it wasn't just me...

I am consulting my Italian expert here - I am thinking of making Pasta Pomodoro from my home grown tomatoes, garlic and basil for dinner. Is it a bad thing to add either meatballs or chicken to get some badly needed protein?
