She missed a solid part of the programm
It happens, I remember reading about an amateur play where they lost half of a whole act because someone got muddled and said the wrong line, and everyone followed on from there...

Poor kiddie, she gave it her all, it was just the sort of thing we are more used to in the men... even the seniors.

Can someone tell my why japanese and korean junior ladies are skating in the first groups of the sp this year?

I don't blame her for crying. It is so upsetting when the skate doesn't go so well. Especially when you are so young.

I am finally home, I am running on 0 hours of sleep (trying to fix my sleep schedule by resetting the thing) and I haven't eaten anything except for a small tub of Greek yogurt (I lose my appetite when I'm really tired) so I feel like throwing up unrelated to figure skating for a change. I'll join in after I get some modern pharmeceutical magic in my system...

But she has great energy and lots of potential

I may go and make coffee. Little Mao is unquestionably very very good, better than very very good, but I find her very very... well, dull.
She is phenomenal but I also fail to find emotional investment in her skating, especially in her SPs (where she gets her lesser programs imo)
