2024 JGP Solidarity Cup Men's SP

Another issue is that I also need Jaekeun to go to JGPF as well, if he and Minkyu have to battle for the last spot I will jump off a bridge
Do you always jump off the same bridge or you pick a different bridge each time? Does Korea have many bridges? You know I am just teasing you my dearest

Minkyu doesn't have to beat Tamir to get a podium finish, unless you want him to get silver.
Oh right... I apologize for being an idiot, lack of sleep is catching up to me. My current non-functioning brain has decided to hope for 1+3 for Minkyu and 2+2 for Jaekeun, never mind the fact that Jaekeun is facing Yanhao Li, Nakata Rio, and Patrick Blackwell...

Korea has enough bridges to jump off of, just in Seoul there are 32 major bridges. As for choosing which one to jump off of, I check the Han River's temperature and pick the bridge over a slightly warmer spot. There actually is a website that tells you how cold the Han River is (https://hangang.ivlis.kr/), so I'm not alone in jumping off bridges :D If I wanted to be extra overly dramatic I'd say I'll have to go to Paris to recite Le pont Mirabeau before jumping off of it, but right now I am tired and can't afford the ticket fee

Rio Nakata seems to be out of form. We haven't seen enough of Patrick Blackwell to know whether he can be consistent. Yanhao is behind others from a TES point of view and could be passed by someone with quads.

You need Takahashi to win this week, because that takes points away from Kupermann and Vaclavik. You could also do with one of the Canadians placing above them.

No worries! Those are 5 skaters and I think if they all get a JGP Final spot, that will be an exciting competition. Also Jacob Sanchez is in the fray too and that would be six skaters. But these are Junior men, you can never predict them very well unfortunately 😅

Edit: There is also Adam Hagara vying for a spot in the JGP Final. How could I forget him?!

I don't see a timeline where Takahashi Sena doesn't win this week? He is loved by the judges and looks to be consistent enough, if he goes semi-clean he will win

I would love at least one European skater to qualify for JGPF. More would be better.

Junior men are junior men, yeah. But to make my two awake braincells work... Takahashi Sena is a lock, I will choose to believe that 1+3 & 2+2 will be manifested by my will and spite so that Minkyu and Jaekeun will get in, Yanhao Li is on the rise and that gives me the feeling that he's going to qualify, then that's 4. The rest will be a mix of Nakata Rio, Jacob Sanchez, Patrick Blackwell, Nakamura Shunsuke, Adam Hagara... I don't think Arlet is going to pull off an upset (wonderful he may be) then the influencing factors are Tian Tonghe, Tamir Kuperman, Lukas Vaclavik, Kakiuchi Haru (plus others like Ebihara Daiya??)... okay now those two braincells are out of juice

Yes. And you need him to win, because that takes points away from others. Minkyu has one win, so if he ties on GP points with Vaclavik or Kupernann he places above them in the standings based on the best placement tie break (which is the first tie break). If Takahashi wins, the others cannot get more than 13 points. They are both currently on 9. If Minkyu placed 5th and got 7 points, then he would go ahead on the tie break if one of them placed 2nd.
