2024 Grand Prix de France Men's Free Skate

Adam's program will definitely get better by Worlds, but I liked his FS more last year. Great 4Lz and 4T.
Choreographically, I hate that he just lies down on his back for 2+ seconds in the middle of the program and then also later has another pause where he's not skating. Way too many breaks and lying down feels a bit like cheating.

I would normally agree with this. I hate the over-extended pauses.... BUT in Adam's case, he gives so much intensity all way through, that it does work.

I find Adam so much more engaging as a performer than Ilia. I see more commitment and heart from Adam in the PCS.
Do you? I, personally, don't. Better SS, yes but he's often checked out until the StepSeq imho. I think Ilya is actually a decent performer it's his SS that let him down.

it hasn't grown on me ... and i am not sure it will.. there is something about it... i cannot explain.. but i respect your taste.

As I respect yours :)

Lukas is having a bit of a rough start to this season. I love his musicality and pacing. I think he may just need more time to settle in this season. Lukas - you are a wonderful skater and one I always look forward to seeing. Heal up if it is injury, be kind to yourself and patient with yourself.
