I like Kh/K. But skating right after B/K shows their questionable SS and so on. I would agree that they should be above if B/K had a fall or smth.
The synchronization of their SBS jumps just blows me away. Their timing is just perfect. Absolutely perfect. I've seen people whine that pairs should do away with the SBS jumps because they're so hard. Yes, they're hard, which is why some teams are winners and others are not.

Boston would be an easy trip for me, but without Russians competing I just don't see spending the time or money. (Only Ilya tempts me to go)Gosh, M/G are marvelous. Maybe a little cautious this time even. I will miss them in Boston so much. They can take on anyone.

It's an insult to them for any of the international pairs to call themselves World Champions. I wouldn't be proud, knowing that these two can beat me anytime hands down. Then again, the international competitors don't make the rules...Gosh, M/G are marvelous. Maybe a little cautious this time even. I will miss them in Boston so much. They can take on anyone.

Just to let you know, the podium has now been set up on the ice, but the broadcast has ended.
So, it looks like they are not going to show the Podium Ceremonies for the Ice Dance and the Pairs Skating.

They do all ceremonies at once before the gala.Just to let you know, the podium has now been set up on the ice, but the broadcast has ended.

That was what I thought.
But you could see the podium and the (pink!) carpet set up on the ice when they showed the arena for a couple of seconds between the montage ending and the logo that denotes the end of the broadcast appearing.
So, I thought they might have changed things this year.
