Aww, I don’t like to see Lindsay so upset, but the judging is fair and her international results don’t give the panel any reason to hold her up.

Dang, don't hear the crowd booing often! It was sweet to see her reaction though. She looked really grateful for the support.

I enjoyed her. That's a ridiculously low score.

Technically, those calls on the jumps were fair, and each of those calls drop both her BV and GOE, so she lost quite a few points there, but she did get a really low score on her step sequence in terms of GOE. For me, the musical nuances in her steps deserves a higher GOE than the 0.66 she got, and in an event that is quite high-scoring, the judges definitely didn't give her the benefit of the doubt.

Elyce is such a nervous skater kind of like watching Gracie in her heyday. It's all there but the competitive nerves.

It feels like all of a sudden, the US field is packed again. Juniors too, lots of great skaters coming up through the ranks. Nice to see it after a bit of a dry spell.

I like the Elyce has found her fight and learned from earlier in the season when she crumpled. She needs to compete more to settle into herself.
