PCS is so high for Mikutina compared to Samo

It's not. Olga is also not a super fast skater, but more precise with her edges, didn't have a stumble today and has a better program than Samo. The pop probably caused the PCS to come down some, just like Samo's stumble did.

Also, when Olga was in the same position as Samo, fairly new to Seniors internationally with clean technical content, representing a small fed, she scored in the same PCS range as Samo does now for clean skates.

I liked it when the skaters stood in the center of the ice to be introduced...when did they do away with that?

and? her skating is weak all across.... that wasn't a 3-3 either... it was short.

A 3-3 with a q or underrotation, but she fought hard to stay on her feet. Much better than those who polished the ice attempting triples or did a 3-2.

She's through to the free skate. Many other weaker skaters.
