I really like Kovalevs and I was unhappy to see them having a rather poor skate but at least this score means that a team representing my country is guaranteed a FS now.

It was fun to watch Laurin/Ethier fly
but I wasn't finished with my stir-fry
Once it was finished, it turned out great
to eat while watching other pairs skate!

This team has come so far over the past two seasons - they've put in so much work especially on their twist to become a world-class pairs team. They don't have quite as high a SBS BV, but they make up for it with high GOE on the 2As.. This was a great skate for them, and I am so happy to see their continued growth.

That was great from Ana and Luke. So together. They have come so far the past 18 months or so. It's not long ago that pairs like the Kovalev's were miles ahead of them.
