She is American also, and I believe is now married to this new partner.

i don't observe any of these rules because if i were born at an era where everyone was still catholic in quebec, it's no longer the case... but just thought I would share with you that our rules were just no meat.. not fasting... you could have fish too just no meat.

It is a shame that Katarina Delcamp's partnership with Billy didn't work out. She hasn't really progressed at all since. She has a lot more potential than what she is doing here.

Yes to all of those. She partnered with Billy Wilson French (GBR) after Ian, but I'm not sure whether they actually skated internationally for us before the partnership ended.
