It boggles the mind that some of the most handsome men in figure skating also wear some of the most mond-boggling outfits (Brian Joubert is another one)

I don't think Daisuke Takahashi will make Hall of Fame though: he did wear some wild things but rarely quite wild (aka wtf awful) enough to compete in this very select category.

By the way, for the reveal award love it or hate it I think Paul and his cutout back has to take it, since every time he and Piper appeared on the ice that was what got talked about here and elsewhere...

Hall of Fame - while Domnina and Shabalin deserve consideration purely for the appalling things they wore at the 2010 Olympics (for both programs, not just the utterly offensive one), the rest of their career they seem to have been disappointingly unawful.

In all seriousness, I see what you mean. I was having difficulty finding a good picture of it too. Most of the photos I can find that show any of the cut-out are side on, so you don't get the full effect of it.

Here are the best I could find that showed more of the circle:

EDIT: Just found one that does show the circle head on, but Piper's arm is covering part of it and it is only has the top half of the costumes:

Did somebody leave a coat hanger sitting on Paul's back when he was lying in the tanning machine?!​

It does show how it bags in motion....

I will say that were we also doing most beautiful dress, Piper's would be up there (me, I would be voting for both of Sarah Everhardt's but this one of Piper's would be up there oh yes)

Sadly the High Fashion Awards did not survive which would've been the event.
