After dozens of Turandon't over the past ten years, this is 100 percent a TuranDO and the TES potential is high enough that nessun will dorma by the Olympics except for maybe Ilia.

Yuma chose safer way with only two quads and it paid off despite some smaller mistakes here and there.

This is some Paul Wylie level inspired skating from Yuma while being his natural charismatic self. He doesn't need to play a character, only to reveal his own true self. Wonderful work Carolina!

This is the only phrase in the universe that could make me nostalgic for those atrocious Forest Blakk voiceovers Cizeron used.

Not my favourite Ilia long program (it's mainly the voiceovers that bother me, although I think they're quite meaningful to him so at least there's intentionality there) but choreographically this program is really solid and it's insane how easy his quads look, I think his connection to the music in between the quads has really improved and I appreciate him choosing to put out a lower BV here to focus on the performance side of this program (although lower BV just means like 5 quads lol). Ilia always does a really amazing choreo sequence!

I like this free skate for Ilia. I was waiting for it to get noisy in the last bit but that didn’t happen and I’m pleasantly surprised. There was some interesting choreography here and there, but he needs to lose the back flip as it doesn’t fit. Well done! An easy win.

Well Yuma stole my heart, but Ilia fed my brain something to chew on. Love the raspberry in the middle of the spin. I think this program's concept will evolve a bit as he refines what he is trying to tell us.

tbh, the injury he was struggling with is about as healed as it can be
He just needs to not aggravate it or sustain more injury
His main issue now is getting back into competitive mindset and form
He says he's able to jump fine during practice just not within a program
