2025 Skate to Milano Women's Short Program

I don't even want to argue, so I'm just going to put it here that Kaori's 2A gets +4 to +4.5 in raw GOE, and you all can do with that what you want. Which some of you do regardless, so I really don't even need to say it.

Also, these scores don't count for official scores, as only JGP, GP, Challenger and Championships events do. This event falls under none of these categories (in contrast to CS Nebelhorn Trophy as the Olympic qualifier in the past). (It might not even count for WS points as it's not open to entries from all countries.)
I'm now an Olympic medallist in pressing the "ignore" button

Back for Gian-Quen. So much sass from the start, and she is so committed to the presentation throughout. Ouch about the fall on the 3F, but she's back on track with the 3S-2T, and the sharp little leap afterwards. She really creates the impression of power when she jumps - and hearing she trains in Italy now makes sense. She has come so far since her first JGP outings.

Ugh, I really do not like the obvious vamping to the judges! IMHO think there should be a deduction in singles if you touch the boards. This nonsense started with Loena Hendricks.

I thought that type of GOE was generally reserved for perfect ultra-c. I can't remember the last time I saw +4.5 on an a 2A in general. Even Gushchina doesn't get that.

Agreed. (That's why I went off Loena).

But, on the whole I enjoyed Gian-Quen ISAACS (ZAF). This programme really suited her. And she was really enjoying it.

She goes into 8th position.
