They are so charming. I know they are a bit let down, but they are on the move up to me. I hope they can get some consistent ice time and avoid injury. This program is delightful.

Nah, that’s not good music for a pair program. Or at least they didn’t do a good job with it. Random fall didn’t help matters either.

Yikes, random fall. I feel like the grinch for saying this, because Riverdance music so obviously makes them happy. Ioulia's smile lights up the ice. But I think you really need to be stronger and faster skaters with better footwork skills to make this music work. It just feels wrong and flat otherwise.

Well I like their resilience. Too bad the early mistakes seemed to rattle them.

I think too many skaters think Riverdance will carry them, but you really need to be performing well enough to carry it with you. If that makes sense.

I get that you want your music to stand out, and be something you enjoy as well, but when you pick a piece that other skaters have used, and done really well and memorable performances to it, if you don't rise to that level, it makes worse in my opinion, because people will always compare the memories of the prior performances.

I love seeing skaters use Riverdance, but I often think "Jason did it better" or "Bourne & Kraatz did it better" when it's over. You don't want the audience or judges thinking about who did it better, but how great you did it.

I would like a bit more definition from Kelly Ann in the air in her lifts. I know they are fresh from injury, but it will improve their overall look and style.

I can barely suppress a giggle just thinking of it. And it’s been YEARS
