Haven't gotten on yet today... so no idea if it's working on my end.
No, it hasn't done that for me. Just keep trying though. I wouldn't worry though, it's not showing anything right now except for the audience and bits of Vancouver. The event doesn't start until 1:45 Vancouver time.

both. No way, dear skatingbc. I have a perverse relationship with technology. When I'm near the dvd-player, stereo, dishwasher etc. they don't work, or have troubles. Why? Gosh, I don't know.

Today I'll try to receive the streaming with my father in the room. His positive vibes should fight against my bad vibes; so I may have the 50% of the feed, a good compromise.
Thank you everyone for the information about TV links. I have used Radio-Canada. It works fine except for the image twinkling now and then. (could be my equipment)
When the ladies LP started at 3 am my time I just had to get some sleep. So I tried something fascinating: I started the video-streaming at radio-canada, paused it and went to bed. The day after I was able to watch the whole thing. I could play, pause, play as I wanted.
