For those able to watch the ISU feed on youtube, are you getting the Technical Difficulties black screen?

I got that, but now I'm watching Eurosport.. I missed most of Purich and Tran's performance, but it seems from what the Eurosport commentators are saying, it was bad.

Despite the mistakes, I actually really enjoyed Mervin and Natasha's program. I thought there were some lovely moves in-between the elements and I am starting to see them mesh a lot more. I think we'll see some improvements as the season goes by.

Yes. It is black screen with me too.

But I'm lucky that I can watch the performances on Eurosport on the TV, so it's not affecting me. I only have the page still open for when Eurosport were on adverts during the warm-ups.

Have you tried a livestream of Eurosport? For example:

I simply can't believe this is the program that is going to win an OGM. It makes me want to throw up a little.

Very strong skate, I'm impressed. The choreo itself is only okay, but hopefully it will get better with mileage.

Score: 75.17+75.14=150.31 (WR), 231.96 (WR), in 1st (out of 17)

Hmm, two new world records... Guess I'm not surprised by now

I liked the program and impressed by the form they show! Lots to improve in choreography, but even now I can see it winning

Yeah, I'm on Eurosport now.

V/T program--I don't mind the music and the cuts, but the program choreo seems unbalanced--all the jumps in the first third, the throws in the second third, then all the lifts at the end. That needs a rethink.

Oh it will win, of course, don't get me wrong. And they are phenomenal skaters together, all of the elements extremely strong, don't get me wrong about that either. But to me this program is just a small step up from last year's godfather (IMO) disaster. It just is so... unfulfilling to me, to watch what they do between the elements, and the choice of music to me is uninspired, and they seem uninspired skating to it. This isn't a slam to them but to the contrary- I think they could do so much more and be so much better than this.

Yes they just broke their own WR in the free and in combined score, while yesterday they broke the short program's WR.

Yeah I was thinking about this too actually. I am also fascinated by the score. I find the choreo to be empty but of course their PCS will be through the roof. I felt they had bobbles on the first SBS jump though and she wasn't that great on the second throw either. Probably +3 across the board for both those elements... :bang:
