That Chinese stream today is just unbearable. That constant switching from one event to the other makes a complete mess. And now she started streaming russian test skates which I am not going to watch. If somebody finds an alternative stream of Challenger events, please, provide a link here.

Totally unrelated, but on the streaming of the Russian tests Medvedeva with this haircut reminds me of a young Winona Ryder, and I had never noticed that before

I see noticeable improvements in Ruiter, mainly with her skating and flow across the ice. Her other technical elements are of low to middling quality - she almost lost the sit position in the change foot spin and she stumbled in the step sequence, but I like her performance style.

I don’t like Chiba’s free; you can’t get any more generic than a Romeo and Juliet program. However, this is one of the few times that I knew she was going to do well. She looked calm and confident on the ice. I felt she was committing to what she was doing and not afraid of the ice at all. Lovely spins and steps as always.

Only a pop, but a lot of Levito’s jumps are going to be reviewed and she should fall below Chiba. The music is sleepy.
