You ought to watch Julian. He's actually improved leaps and bounds over the years and quite entertaining. I really enjoyed his skating in person at Worlds last year. This was a great performance from him at 4CC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8q0rjF21M1I

I did. I remembered people booed the judges when his score came up because the spectators felt it was too low.

He has bad positions in the air but always used his cat's lives to land them. :drama:

Yes, I am amazed he landed some of those jumps! In any case, it's good to see that your country has another entry. I don't know anything about Kai, so I'll have to look him up -- he obviously earned the 4CC TES minimum somwhere, so I'm sure there's a video for me to watch.

Glad that South Korea and Malaysia are in the same time zone. So I would be able to watch the competition COMFORTABLY.

I'm not sure whether to call this my vengeance or my reward for persevering through all the competitions on the other side of the world.

Both.

Are we trying to get this to five pages before the SP actually starts?!

Sure, why not?

I've got my fingers crossed for Brendan to go clean. It's such a great program for him. Of course I also want Andrew and Mark to skate well! And Jason of course.

EDIT: HA! YES! Got it to page 2!

we Canadians, are wondering if Patrick will bring the 4S into his SP right at 4CC... or if he will stick to the 3Lz... any thoughts?

(that could lead to another page of banter ;) )

I'll play let's get to five pages too....

Patting myself on the back as another "I discovered Julian Yee at 4CCs" club member. There's something about him, I find very engaging.

And of course we have Misha. Is this his last year of comps? He has been hinting on Instagram....he has also been hinting that he dropped the Paint It Black SP, which I quite liked.:(

And of course Jason, for whom sacrifices must be made to the stress-fracture-healing gods:bow:

Sad to say, I have no thoughts on Patrick.... Nicolas Nadeau is another matter, but he's not here ;)

Personally, I think it would be a good idea, but I don't know if he will or not, considering how the short went at Nats. He's landed it twice in a row in comp now though, so we'll see.

Oh, how I wish he was going to be there. Nothing against Nam or Kevin, but I enjoy Nic's skating so much and I'm really excited about him.
