Audrey Shin was the winner.
Alysa Liu placed second, and Hanna Harrell placed third.
I don't know what you mean by "extra" rounds for the ladies?
Like the men, the ladies had three rounds: Semifinal; Final; and Championship.
(One of my pet peeves every year has been the AC nomenclature.
Bugs me that a round with the official name of "Final" is not the last round.)
How come no one mentioned that Vivian Le was competing? So glad she was there
As a fan of Vivian :luv17:, I can think of at least three reasons (none of which constitute criticism of her):
Leading up to the individual AC, I for one was not too invested in it, because:
Plus: (3) Along with some other well-known/well-liked ladies who are good jumpers, Vivian did not advance to the second (so-called "Final"
) round.
Only the top five from the Semifinal round advanced.
(1) Aerial Challenge did not announce until approx. fifteen minutes before the competition that streaming would be available without purchase of a ProEventPhoto pass.
(2) Aerial Challenge did not post the start orders/entry lists on social media until three or four minutes before the competition started -- so I had no way to know that Vivian or any other skater (no matter how well-liked) would be competing.

.Interesting that Max and Alex have placed in the top two for all three years of the AC, whereas the ladies podium has been completely different every year.
Neither of the two former ladies champions (Vivian and Ashley Kim) advanced to the second round this year. Same for the other former ladies medalists who competed this year (Mirai and Courtney).
All six of the ladies pre-announced for the team AC competed in the individual AC.
Of the six, only Ashley Lin advanced to the second round. (And she did not advance to the third/Championship round.)
Of the six men pre-announced for the team AC, five [all but Jason] competed in the individual AC. [Plus team captain Dolensky competed in the individual AC.]
Four of the five -- Max, Alex, Camden, Emmanuel -- advanced to the second round.
Apparently he did 3F-3Lo for his SP combo so that's likely what he plans to do for his juniors SP. I don't know how many other juniors are attempting a -3Lo combo in the short.

I wonder if he could attach the -3Lo on a quad. 4S3Lo seems a bit unlikely but doable, whereas 4Lo3Lo just gives me hip pain.

Sadly that was a 3A-1lo-3F, which was still quite awesome, actually! Also saw a great 3A-1lo-3S and 4T from Max. Thank you for the link!

Yes, there was - unfortunately the stream crashed and I missed the Championship ladies. For some reason GS kept glitching when I tried to post the final round of ladies.

I didn't find out Max was doing the singles competition until the very last minute and nearly missed the event altogether. The entry lists weren't posted until the event was about to start.

Well he semi fell after landing a 3A and didn't even get a 9 from the bobsled guys.:ddevil: I don't know how this works, if he'll ever get to do a quad....

And the fact that Max is wearing that black muscle boy tee shirt (it goes by another name in these parts that I don't like to use) doesn't hurt. He did look great, even got a ten from the hanging judge.:agree:
