Surprisingly 4CC was added to Eurosport !! Need to check what will they show live
In Canada CBC sports is live streaming the entire event. I think the TV broadcast will be the following week. Here is the link to streaming schedule starting Wed Feb 15 8:00PM Central time. http://www.cbc.ca/sports/broadcast

It seems pretty accurate from the schedule that has appeared on my DVR, but I'm not sure. That's an awfully long time slot for Thursday. Times are Eastern. I'm assuming all will be repeated on Universal HD, however there are only 2 shows listed on that schedule so far.
Eurosport Netherlands:
Friday:
09.30 - 11.00 Free Dance
11.00 - 14.00 Men's SP (live)
21.30 - 22.30 Men's SP
Saturday:
04.30 - 05.30 Men's SP
09.20 - 11.00 Pairs FS
11.00 - 14.00 Ladies FS (live)
19.00 - 20.00 Ladies FS
21.20 - 22.30 Ladies FS
22.30 - 00:10 Pairs FS
Sunday
04.30 - 06.30 more Ladies and Pairs FS
09.00 - 10.10 Men FS
So two live events. I'm hoping the eurovision stream will be accessible for the other 6 live competitions and the gala.
IT seems British Eurosport - is pretty limited because of the Snooker (Welsh Open) so no Live coverage only highlights in Morning and Early Evening. Oh Well its better than nothing I suppose and we have been thankful for the Grand Prix, Europeans (half decent) and an added bonus of highlights of Universaide
I'm so sorry. With the Welsh Open, Alpine Worlds, Biathlon Worlds, and the EYOF all being on at the moment, I forgot all about 4 Continents being this week. And hence about making out a TV schedule

Don't forget this week there is also Ski Jumping competition on Wednesday & Thursday! And just like 4CC it's in Korea (yup, all top Ski Jumpers want to check out Olympic Ski Hills too, so pretty important, while usually Asia is ksippied by at leats some of teams), so the schedule clashes. May be one of reasons there's nothing on Thursday...
