With two of the top 3 teams from Canadians splitting up, does this mean the Putnam/Wirtz would be the 2nd team considering that Langois/Hay are below them? So what would the Olympic team look like? Marcoux/Buntin seem to be a lock............

The Canadian births for the Olympics are wide open at this point; our pairs discipline is still rebuilding. Canada always was at the top with great pairs teams, but we have to start over with new teams and that always takes time. So in answer to your question, it's a wait and see situation.
