Sorry, but I disagree and most of us on here do too. That program by Patrick was a thing of magisterial beauty. A work of art. His skating skills are untouchable. His musicality and expressiveness tonight at a whole new level. He created magic w a program that was far more sophisticated than Hanyus. Hanyu is incredible, but Patrick was at a much higher level PCS wise tonight.

I agree...even my non-skating family were in awe of his skating and performance and they had no clue when it came to the technical aspect! They watched all the skate and their comment about Yuzu was that the program was so so ...and I do like Hanyu but Patrick had it tonight!:gclap:

His TES is 3 points short of a guy who did more than double the number of quads he did, double the number of 3As, most of that in the 2nd half...

You're free to reply whenever, lol.

It's common to disagree with a score, but when someone says overscored, overscored, overscored, them of course I'm curious to know what exactly that person would give to the skater.

Hanyu's clean skate with good GOEs would be like 115 you know. Around 102 for Chan's clean skate seems about right to me.

but his elements were outstanding in quality... compared to all others... GOE will be stellar... and of course, he didn't fall... he did turn a 4T into a 3T but that 3T was also gorgeous... I think people forget the quality that chan has in every detail... the spins were also very gorgeous.
