Japan FED did a big mistake after nationals... choosing Kozuka... and we all knew that Mura wasn't doing a good season too (but at least he has more potential). After the last good performance by Murakami they had to re-think something for Worlds... so it's all their fault :disapp:

I think they'll be OK in the free skate. There's lots of people ahead of them that usually fall apart in the free skate.

At one of the GPs, I think, Jason's fans threw so many plushies that they were still clearing them when Jeremy Abbott took the ice. Abbott flopped and some crazy people started accusing Jason of sabotaging him because Jason had mentioned in an interview that he donated his plushies to hospitals. On purpose, you know, to get them to throw too many plushies.

That was a pretty messy men's event. I'm okay with the standings, but D10 and Hanyu were mighty gifted on their PCS. It's never great to see a skater go clean (i.e. Javi) and not lead, but he was sloppy in other parts outside of the jumps.

Very generous score for Hanyu. I would have put Fernandez slightly ahead here. Not a great SP event.
