There are two separate rules, iirc. Namely how far behind he finishes behind the music and when he finishes the program...I guess he met the threshold for both.

Josh is having some equipment issues I think...so some of it might be out of his control. I will hold my breath for any apology. Jason, as always, will let his skating silence critics.
