I think she ripped open some of the buttons on his shirt at the end. Really getting into character with her lingerie dress.
 
S/K are so frustrating. There are moments which are just spot on, sharp and crisp and sexy as all get out. And then it's like they lose concentration and they make mistakes. Very frustrating.

In the battle of the tangos though, I actually prefer P/G's. Should be very interesting to see how this stacks up against S/B.
 
Great program and concept, great attack. He is so much better and her (it is so much obvious when she stumbles and looks unsecure on her feet), his twizzles were times two faster. I wish I could see this program skated by him and Elena, but oh well.
At least they both look stunning and their chemistry is very good
 
Nikita twizzles ok this time.

Btw. Maks fingers are better and he plans to remove stiches after NHK Trophy :) At least that's what I read a week ago. But they had a break from training and so didn't train as much as they wanted to befor CoC.

Nikita and Elena would probably do a great tango with how much they hated each other.
 
Dreamboat Andrew, if you mess up those twizzles again I just may have to give you back to 4everchan's male skater harem.
 
I have mixed feelings about this program. Nikita really creates a drama and I like some of viki's postures with long pointed legs. But she barely is keeping up with him at the end, and the chemistry is something I feel missing... well, they arebetter than last year.

Aranjuez. She's in a dark wine purple chiffon dress with sparkly peppermint candy strips on the bodice. He's in black... like all men ever. Nicely done. They're not going to make it easy on the Shibs- they want that gold, dammit
 
I do like this program. His twizzles still scare me. I seriously doubt those were level 4 twizzles.

I don't remember liking this program so much in Russia! That stationary lift at the beginning was beautiful!

Totally fine with them going off to the GPF instead of H&D. Maybe that'll give the latter team time to trash that terrible short dance before Nationals.
 
WePo, beautiful program beautifully skated. Amazing first stationary lift.

But.

And it's a pretty big but.

Almost none of that was done in hold.
 
W/P, great opening lift but it kind of drags on from then. The ending is nice.
Twizzles looked good, but did he missed a turn in the first set?
 
Better second outing for Weaver/Poje with a lot of great moments. My trouble, though, is I'm not getting Spain from this dance yet, so much as a softer romantic interpretation of it. I'm hoping the dance gets more Spanish flair and positions as it progresses.
 
Weaver and Poje... I just saw a masterpiece. I DO think they can be the WC this year..
Constant organic movement with ease and... it was so beautiful. I am in tears!
I can't thank enough to morozov this year...
