Well, put it like this. Anna was the top Czech after the Ladies SP, and Martin was the third Czech after the Men's SP.

But, they both had poor Frees, and Anna finished as 3rd Czech, and Martin as 4th Czech.

(That's off the top of my head. The final positions mightn't be quite right)

Then I see no reason to prefer singles over pairs
Maybe they decided for it to practice jumps...

I'm not sure if it's a strict strict thing but at least video games and movies get censored severely before you can release them in China if they have bones. I'd imagine it's not quite like that for a figure skating competition but it's probably frowned upon quite a bit.

Wow this is the best i've ever seen Amodio I think. But did he basically forget to put a combo on his 2nd 3A? It looked so good and he could have gotten a combo easily, but he just like turned out (as if he forgot) and thne added a 2T later.
