Because they changed the commentators on Eurosport UK I actually prefer to listen to the german guys now. The most annoying about them is their bias towards certain skaters and their anecdotes of their private lifes!

If I have to listen to commentators then it's truly the best to hear people who are so genuinely pleased for the skaters and happy, and love skating, as when TAT just loses it and starts gushing.

Yuka is a really nice girl, hope she will be happy after her performance this time.

Not just GOAT comments. After so many years of commentating, you'd think he'd know by now that, no, no, there is no Triple Axel combo in short. Was shocked at his basic errors in this competition..... "Could have gone for a combo there". I bet most of the fans here can do a better job than him.

I get your point, yes he makes sometimes bad mistakes. But apart from that his commentating is very good at most of the competitions, and I love the way he speaks. He always adds that he is only a commentator and not an expert. Btw I liked it the most when he commentated with someone who was an expert - I especially liked listening to him and Chris Howarth.

Anyway there are far worse commentators than him or anyone at Eurosport. I won't name anyone but there are a few in English-speaking countries and also in my country, Hungary.
