Sad to say, but Gold should've listened to her first instincts when she was considering skipping the Grand Prix series. This probably isn't doing much for her self-esteem or confidence.

Some late occuring challengers may have been in her best interest.

I feel like she might need a companion animal for her skates. Something small like a snake or ferret maybe? If people can fly with a companion turkey then surely she can ask for a stress relieving animal?
