What happened to the opening ceremony? I thought it was to take place prior to the ladies' sp.

Times are Central. 8PM Central is 9 PM EST.

Well I should sign up for in but both the computer and iPad stream very poorly. I think it is my luck with everything so I just usually wait til Mao88 puts up the videos. It would be great to hear play by play. Is sequins galore still around.She does a nice summary of every skater's layout with dress comments.

I have not seen her name here. Her avatar is the same as princessroja. Did she change her name? I miss ziggy. I never have the patience to follow all the skaters I do not know and really just want to see the top 8 or so. I do not know who Katie McBeath is and she is in the top 6???? Final group? Oh well. I'll check in later when the action gets going. Why do they make these people skate so late? It makes no sense the best end up skating at 11 pm.

This should be live on NBC. So aggravating.

It's my understanding the SP is random draw. The FS will be seeded, or whatever figure skating calls it. In the FS, the final group will be the top-scoring SP skaters.
