In both cases, no pieces of costumes fell to the ice. It is for safety reason that there is a penalty for falling of any part of the costume, presumably on to the ice..

It takes about 4 hours for everyone to skate. They air the last two groups (of four groups). So, it's on 9-11.

And it's almoast 03 here so after two groups i think i i go sleep and watch rest in morning

Right but they can't very well have skaters just randomly deciding to throw costume parts into the audience just because they feel like it either.... though in some instances it might be fun
