I was just going to say the same thing. Epic wedgie for Elena. Maybe she grew even taller since Europeans and her dress is too short for her torso.

To be fair, harsh lighting like that can make otherwise okay makeup look really patchy. I've noticed it on other skaters who like blush/contour

I don't think Medvedeva deserved to be near Ashley, she was just not that good today. She seemed very nervous before the program, even in the k&c she looked anxious.
Ashley skated better and I am not even a fan of her.

Ashley skated an easier program better. If only skating the program as well as possible mattered everyone would do single jumps and basic spins.

Kind of overscored IMO. Her artistry is not anywhere near what Ashley had.... and the jumps weren't as 100% solid either.

I actually find Zhenya to be very artistic. On the contrary I find Ashley a bit more "Broadway" which is artistic but in a different way. I'm saying I see both as being artistic in completly different ways. Drama vs Showy

I hope there is a limit for Tano and Rippon arms in a program next season. If your arm isn't a nice position, it takes away from the nice jump.

I don't really mind her doing the Tano's. It's the arm position that I have a problem with. Is it supposed to be first position? If so, she needs to extend her arm and keep it soft. She's letting it get a bit too bent. I hope that made sense.
