to be honest - call me as at least intrigued and excited about those choices, but with 'Imagine' it really will depend a lot with which version of it they would go and what the choreography would look like then. I do think that there will be maybe some intrumental intro at the beginning or original version, then transforming into another? Who knows, waiting for the debut.

Love that idea. I actually want a Double Fantasy concept program rather than just "Imagine" now.

I would be more excited about the FD if they were doing a Beatles medley. But hey, I would love to be surprised by them. I think they will easily pull off the SD though

Count me in as also intrigued and excited. I've loved and been charmed by a number of exhibition "Imagine"s ... especially Sale/Pelletier's, and Yuna Kim's. Ashley did an EX at nationals, to a live Gay Men's Chorus singing it. Has any skater or team skated to this music in a competition?

The fact that Madison and Evan plan to do this is ... well, amazing. It could be a real challenge. What I love is the thought that they decided to make it a "theme" program. And for the Olympic year. And in the aftermath of the 2016 political season in USA.

I just have to share this, my nomination for the version they should use (ha ha). It's expanded at the end with the whiteboards, really cool. It's by Pentatonix, an a cappella group.

i was really disappointed at first... because i love classical music and i love patrick skating to classical music...

but after a few summer competitions... and hearing what other people have... i am super happy that

1) patrick has new programs

2) patrick isn't skating to warhorses.. (ps... those who think hallelujah is a warhorse... well... that's far fetched... it's not because the song is immensely popular in the musical world that 1029301293 skaters have used it yet... ) so to me... it's still a rather original choice though, perhaps not the most original of course

OMG I was recently thinking it'll be amazing to use as a free skate, like No Man's Land. I'm already visualizing a killer step sequence when the iconic electric cello segments hits @ 3:24.

I think Domnina/Shabalin did an ice dance program to part of it in the mid-2000s but it wasn't that good. Either as a cut of music or as a skate.
