With a weird homemade looking tiedye effect. I will probably be labeled a hater, but his costumes are always tragic. I don't get his packaging at all.

Looks like some changes to Jason's costume too. The waist looks tailored differently and the ruffles appear to have had the lace removed. His cravat is now more like a wavy ruffle than the full one he had at Lombardia and no mini bow-tie.

They said it started with Kurt. Tracy just mentioned it was Patrick that made it nescessary again after the 2010 Olympics when Evan won without a quad.

Even after 2010Olympics, it was not Patrick the one who brought back the quads. In the beginning Patrick has no quads, just 3A. He added the quad as others (Yusuru &al) were already doing 4T and 4S.
