I really dislike it when Raf acts like this. It's somewhat childish behavior. He may think this is his way of coaching to tell the skater that there was no reason to skate like that, but it just doesn't come off well, especially on camera.
And you can see how it makes the skater feel, when they are already felling bad and mad at themselves.
Get mad at the skater backstage but not on camera.
