So sorry for Mai she was so rock solid in practices... I expect her to come back slaying in the LP though.

I guess there is no need saying it but the judges need to be chased around every block in Helsinki at least twice with pitchforks & torches for putting Wakaba behind Caro. Of course Caro was great, but Wakaba was flat out better. The only good thing about this is I hope it makes Wakaba pissed and she comes to the LP ready to kick judges butts :dev2:

I usually refrain from comments about under-scoring/unfair-judging, but you are so good!

In my view, she came as Japanese #1. So the judges thought it was okay to underscore Wakaba the #2, but then Mai fell and they were like 'oops' so they overscored her in order to not bury the Japanese ladies.

thats why I laugh all the time ppl write that Pogo may beat Med

I wonder...has a skater ever come up later and said they were overscored? I've heard of skaters complaining of been underscored, but has one ever come right out and said. "I got waaaay too many points for this, I don't know what these judges were thinking."

I think she got too close to the boards on her final flip, and that threw her off.

If caro got her pcs from European, half of the board will explode. Hah. Wakaba is like Rachael flatt. She's a workhorse. Even skating clean, she is not going anywhere. JSF should realize that 3 years ago.

I truly do believe that when she's on Osmond is the best skater in the world. There is literally nothing else you could wish for. Big, explosive, beautiful jumps, lovely, controlled, nuanced spins, and a real joy in skating, the ability to convey real emotion and make the audience feel it too. I could really watch this again and again for the rest of my life.
