Can either Keegan or Elladj make it to the Oly team??? Not saying or ill-wishing others to have not-so-good skates, but I will be deadly HAPPY if one of my sentimental favorites can make it! :hap57::hap57:

Good luck to everyone! :clapper:

Great article from Bev Smith : The miracle of Elladj Balde

With this quote: Balde says the crowd reaction was “the most beautiful gift they could ever have given me. My performance here was for my audience...."

Elladj, :luv17: keep up the good work:clap:

My heart skips a beat when i read concussion. Somehow i feel not right to enjoy a sport where people can get such ugly life changing injuries...:(

Eliadj brings me all the feels. ALL THE FEELS. I'll probably cry if he skates well. I'm so hoping he medals it's kind of ridiculous.

I'm actually thinking the silver will go to Keegan. Just a feeling. I'm usually wrong though.

I wish Elladj does well. Loved Nam as well.
I kind of feel sad for Patrick, as I think his time's over. Not nationally, but internationally. But for the great skater he is, I hope he'll go out with a bang!
Nobody floats over the ice like he does. He'll always be special. Toller Cranston loved him, and that's good enough for me.

I think Celestino is glad that's over. Almost every jumping pass after the opening combo had a mistake. Some really hard falls. By the end he was sleepwalking. Strange version of Vivaldi also.
