Instrumental Big Spender is not as creepy as lyrical Big Spender... and now I want to know what Sweet Charity (the musical?) is about. (prostitution?)

It's actually about taxi dancers, which I don't think exist anymore. Basically dancers that patrons could pay to dance with in dance halls.
