A combo is a required element- no combo, no points for your combo element

no you still got point. The jump will get BV reduction and +COMBO in protocols and also the same GOE with fall (-3/4) even if its just a stepout. On the other hand if you pop your solo jump to single/double it will get 0 point and deemed as invalid element
