Oh poor Chafik after his illness I was cheering for him. And Denis Ten - sad but he has had a very lucky career so I am okay I guess with him not making it.

boyang is making a run at the big boys. Third? HE has improved artisitcally or this program is a bit better. Third? it might really tough for good as gold Chen. Feel bad. but all these men are really trying. i just want to see patrick skate clean and beautifully and the same for Adam. I think Adam can but Patty doubtful.

Exactly! That score in the SP would have put OAR in first, no? The feds for some reason favour Kolyada, but Aliev doesn't need them, he's amazing on his own; screw them!

You have watched men's skating before, right? You know what happens in the long programs? Nothing is set until they skate.

Great job, Boyang! That was really well done! He has improved quite a bit on the PCS side of things, but he is still a level below the top men (Hanyu, Javi, Patrick). I would be very happy if he ended up on the podium - Yuzu, Javi, and Boyang would be a great podium, in my eyes.

I never thought that Adam Rippon would be the US Man heading into the free program.....I guess it was smart to put him on the team.

He had the most experience out of everyone at nationals. If anyone was going to be prepared for Olympic pressure, it was him.
